Anglo-Saxon England, Late-Primary Series (710-760), Sceat, Series R1/2, Epa, small radiate bust with pyramid neck on curved exergual lines either side of beaded line, runic legend TWPA (EPA) outwards and partially retrograde before, TAT behind but misaligned, rev. beaded votive standard enclosing votive legend, curved tufa containing trefoil of pellets, cross below, IT^TI to side, again misaligned, 1.22g, 270° (DMM sub variety 12; SL 11-20; Abramson, 2012b, Fig 11c; SCBI 69, 654 this coin; Gannon 24, 43-5, 43, nos. 144, 45; nos. 151, 55, 56, 60, 160; nos. 30, 168; nos. 85, 172, 174, 175-6, 191, and Figs. 2.30, 2.31, 2.46, 2.47, 5.5e, 5.19c; EMC 2009.0110 same dies; North 153; Spink 813), well-centred and of good fabric, good very fine, rare thus.
