INDIA, Mogul, Muhammad Akbar, (A.H. 963-1014, A.D.1556-1605), silver round rupees, mostly from the mint of Shahgsarh Qanauj, inital mark cross upper left (3, AH 969 one illustrated), others dated 966, 967, 968 with various symbols in bottom corner right reverse field, obv. kalima within inner square, rev. Akbar's name and titles in square area, various dates etc. (KM.80.17, similar to Liddle #type S-1). Mostly good fine - good very fine, all scarce. (10)
