(t) CHINA--MISCELLANEOUS. Sinkiang Provincial Bank. 5 Silver Yuan, 1950. P-Unlisted. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
(S/M#H125). A nearly Gem offering of this incredibly rare note. Dark red ink stands out on the face, with mountain ranges and lakes depicted in the design. The reverse of the note is printed in dark brown ink, with "5" counters found in each of the four corners and a forest scene is depicted at left of center. The serial numbers remain in dark blue, and display punch through embossing. This note has earned PMG's coveted EPQ designation, displaying pleasing original paper. Collectors would be hard pressed to acquire another, and this appears to be the first time we have had the pleasure of offering this denomination.
