K-B29; KMX-441; cf. WS-1349-45. This VERY RARE gold fantasy depicts the familiar Szechuan-Tibet design, but is a somewhat crude rendition as found on some of the later silver issues. The bold devices are nicely engraved and rather fairly true to form, except this module size was never utilized for the series. The obverse fields show signs of handling with minor smoothing--accounting for the details designation. Despite its shortcomings, a seldom encountered type displaying pale gold color and charming eye appeal.
