IRAN. 5 Toman, AH 1332 (1913/4). Tehran Mint. PCGS MS-62 Gold Shield.
Fr-Unlisted; KM-1075. A VERY RARE medallic striking produced in 5 Toman coin weight, and issued as an award for high ranking government officials or those that demonstrated great bravery for the country. Considering that items of this nature often-times become the central piece in jewelry, this example remains in wonderful condition, with some well-blended evidence of past handling, but nothing of great concern. The surfaces remain impressively bright as well, with compliments of orange tone that amplify the vibrancy. Altogether, an item that should attract immense attention from the collector of large format gold issues of the world.
From the Pinnacle Collection.
Estimate: $5000.00- $10000.00
