Fr-1; KM-5. AGW: 2.0255 oz. Mintage: 4,000 (Serial # 0081). Struck in celebration of the 10th anniversary of independence and commemorate Operation Bokassa, which was the plan put forth by President Jean-Bédel Bokassa to develop the country. Nearly as-made with very faint streaks within the reflective fields that are a natural part of the production process.
