CHINA. Dollar, ND (1914). NGC AU Details--Cleaned.
L&M-858; K-642; KM-Y-322.1; WS-0094. The RARE Yuan Shih-kai in high feathered hat type. The only sign of wear is a bit of flatness on the general's nose and, despite the "Cleaned" designation, the fields have a fairly original appearance, and we see no signs of hairlines. The toning is a mottled dark gray with a splash of sapphire on both sides. Worth a better bid than the label indicates.
