A beautiful Inca vessel from Ecuador, ca. 1400 - 1500 A.D. It is 8? high and features a man seated atop the bridge of the spout. The face is expressive and the body is nicely detailed. The lentil-form chamber is highly burnished and covered with trails and mineral deposits. Old field repair.
