Blacksmith copper Imitative 1/2 Penny Token ND Fine Details (Corrosion) NGC, BL-29 (Extremely Rare), Wood-Unl., Courteau-361a. Plain edge. Reverse rotated 90 degrees clockwise. The obverse shows a crude laureate bust of George III right, while the reverse has a small crowned harp within a wreath. The flan is porous on both sides. The Baker sale proposed that 4 pieces are known, though the actual number may be closer to 5-6, as two reside in the Bank of Canada Collection, and this is the fourth example we have offered, the others including:

1) The ex. John Temple specimen. Heritage Auction #3051 (January 2017, Lot 34131)
2) The Doug Robins Specimen, Part I. Heritage Auction #3064 (April 2018, Lot 29348 [part])
