Ionia, Ephesos AR Cistophoric Tetradrachm. Dated CY 57 = 78/7 BC. Serpent emerging from cista mystica; all within ivy wreath / Two serpents entwined around bow and bowcase; quiver and strap above, NZ (date) over EΦE in left field, torch in right field. Cf.
