Costa Rica Republica de Costa Rica 2 Colones 2.3.1921 Pick 152 PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. Fantastic original quality is seen on this rare type, which celebrates its 100th birthday this year. Only a scant few examples have survived in Uncirculated grade, and they are quite sought after, especially since Costa Rican banknotes have increased in popularity lately. We have not offered this type in Gem Uncirculated grade in the past. In fact, at the time of cataloging, only eight examples are graded in the PMG Population Report. Of that number, only four are graded Gem Uncirculated.
