Peso Alternativo de Segundo Imperio [1864], 2020 LR-AMB ORO. PCGS MS-70. TOP POP. Emisión realizada por Fidias Arte y el Maestro Grabador Don Lorenzo Rafael (Q.E.P.D †). Al anverso la efigie de Maximiliano Emperador viendo a la derecha, retomando la excelsa ejecución de A. Kleeberg en la medalla póstuma que realizó para conmemorar su fallecimiento fechada 19 de Junio, 1867, a la cual se le añadió al cuello la Orden del Águila Mexicana, ordenada en 6 clases por Maximiliano el 01 de Enero, 1865, para premiar méritos civiles y militares excepcionales. La leyenda MAXIMILIANO EMPERADOR en la periferia. Al reverso, un águila con menor influencia europea, la cual se encuentra de perfil y coronada. En la periferia la leyenda IMPERIO MEXICANO por la parte superior y 1 PESO 1864 en la parte inferior. En ambos lados, Águilas y monogramas de Maximiliano en el borde, los cuales fueron calados de forma artesanal.
La emisión regular consta de 100 medallas en cospel de plata 0.999, terminado antiguo, 2 de ellas con error (1 de ellas ofrecida en el siguiente lote); y 18 medallas en cospel de oro 0.900. Se realizó de igual modo una emisión limitada de 20 medallas en cospel de peltre terminado antiguo; 3 medallas en cospel cobre 0.437 obtenido de Centavos de Maximiliano 1864 Mo y una liga de plata 0.480; y 1 prueba de avance en cospel de plata 0.999 sin cortar.
En este lote ofrecemos 1 de las 18 medallas emitidas en cospel de oro 0.900, 33.42 gramos de peso, la cual nos fue consignada por uno de los adquirentes ya que es una emisión que se encuentra agotada. Etiqueta especial de Segundo Imperio

On the obverse the effigy of Maximiliano Emperor watching to the right, resuming the excellent execution of A. Kleeberg in the posthumous medal that he made to commemorate his death dated June 19, 1867, to which the Order of the Mexican Eagle was added to his neck, ordered in 6 classes by Maximiliano on 01 January 1865, to reward exceptional civil and military merits. The legend MAXIMILIANO EMPERADOR on the periphery. On the reverse, an eagle with less European influence, which is in profile and crowned. On the periphery the legend IMPERIO MEXICANO on the side lower part and 1 PESO 1864. On both sides, Eagles and Maximiliano's monograms on the edge, which were handcrafted.
The regular issue consists of 100 medals in 0.999 silver coin, antique finish, 2 of them with error (1 of them offered in the next lot); and 18 gold coin medals 0.900. A limited issue of 20 medals in antique finished in pewter was also made; 3 medals in copper 0.437 obtained from Maximilian cents 1864 Mo and a silver alloy 0.480; and 1 advance test on uncut 0.999 silver blanks.
