Augustus. 27 BC-AD 14. AR Denarius (20mm, 3.55 g, 8h). Uncertain Spanish mint (Colonia Caesaraugusta?). Struck circa 19-18 BC. Head left, wearing oak wreath / DIVVS • IVLI[VS] across field, comet with eight rays and tail. RIC I 37b; RSC 97. Toned, a few marks, shallow scratches, and deposits. Fine.
