Germanicus. Died AD 19. Æ Dupondius (28.5mm, 17.24 g, 7h). Rome mint. Struck under Gaius (Caligula), AD 37-41. Germanicus driving triumphal quadriga right, holding eagle-tipped scepter and reins / Germanicus standing left, raising hand and holding aquila. RIC I 57 (Gaius). Green patina, chipped in places, some red, and other encrustation. VF.
