KM-PS3. Mintage: 364 sets. The third Proof Set of the nation, which, though admittedly produced to a higher mintage than those of the preceding 2 years (both of which saw 20 issued), is by far the most popular, owing to its inclusion of the famed Waitangi Crown. Each coin shows a handsome silver flash, with the majority of the pieces also admitting hints of amber tone, suggesting that these have indeed long been stored together. Sold with the original premium hard red case of issue.
