France. AE jeton (23.8 mm, 1.93 g, 3 h). Shield and cross jeton. Ca. 1250-1325. aneipraphic, Spade-shaped shield with 7 lis in three rows, on background of random dots, all within dotted borderÉcu de France / aneipraphic, Single-line croix fleurdelisée on inner dotted circle/border; groups of three dots in outer spandrels; two dots in inner spandrels; and one dot in each of the areas created by the lis-like extremities of the cross, near the edge; all within dotted outer border. Mitch 355; Mich 1988. VF, dark green patina. Rare.

This resembles "blacksmith-struck" pieces
