His laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right; AY K Λ CEΠ CEYHPOC Π / Dionysos standing facing, head left, holding kantharos and long filleted thyrsos; panther at his feet to left, head turned back to face him; Y (AY) ΓAΛΛOΥ MAP-KIANOΠΟΛΙΤΩΝ. H&J 6.14.8.2. AMNG I/1 557. Varbanov 746 (same obverse die as illustration). Very Fine; brown patina; hairline flan crack at 4'; fine portrait, superior style. Nice coin.
