Confronted busts of Macrinus to right, laureate, draped, and cuirassed, and Diadumenian to left, bare-headed, draped, and cuirassed; ΑΥΤ Κ ΟΠΕΛΛΙ CΕΥ ΜΑΚΡΙΝΟC Κ Μ ΟΠΕΛΛΙ ΑΝΤΩΝΕΙΝΟC / Dionysos standing left, holding grape bunch and long filleted thyrsos; E in left field (denomination mark); ΥΠ ΠΟΝΤΙΑΝΟΥ ΜΑΡ-ΚΙΑΝΟΠΟΛΕΙ ΤΩΝ.
