Guatemala 30.12.1983 P-71 PMG Gem UNC 65 EPQ 100 Quetzales
An absolutely key modern note for Central America, and frankly, for the entire world. This is certainly one of the hardest of all 1980s notes to find in Uncirculated grade. In fact, this is one of only two UNC graded notes in the PMG Population Report. These were not saved in quantity and survivors are rare, especially in higher grades, despite having been issued fairly recently.
