Follis (Bronze, 26.5 mm, 7.61 g, 6 h), Class A2, Constantinople. +EMMA-NOVHΛ/ IC XC Bust of Christ Pantokrator facing, wearing cross nimbus with two pellets in each arm, his right hand raised in blessing, and holding Gospels in his left. Rev. + IҺSЧS/ XRISTЧS/ ЬASILЄЧ/ ЬASILЄ in four lines; lozenge above and below. DOC A2. SB 1813. Black patina with sandy deposits. Light cleaning scratches on obverse, otherwise, good very fine.
