Seal or Bulla (Lead, 25 mm, 9.14 g, 12 h). ✱+YΠΕΡΑΓ' ΘΕΟΤΟΚ' Β' ΤΟ CΩ ΔΛ /MP-ΘY Nimbate Virgin Mary seated on a throne with high back, holding young Jesus Christ at her left side. Rev. +ΕΥΦΗ/ΜΙΩ ΜΗΤΡΟ/ΠΟΛΙΤΗ CAP/ΔΕΩΝ in four lines, surmounted with floral motif below and above. Possibly unpublished. An important seal. Flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
