Rev. +/ CΦPAΓIC O / MAPTYC TΩN E/MΩN NVN ΠPAKTE/ΩN OMⲰNYMⲰN / [M]OI CKAPANⲰ / [Γ]EⲰPΓIⲰ in six lines. Laurent, Les bulles métriques dans la sigillographie byzantine, 43. Stavrakos 232.
