Aurelian, 270-275. Antoninianus (Billon, 20 mm, 2.87 g, 7 h), Cyzicus, early 271. IMP AVRELIANVS AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Aurelian to right. Rev. IOVI CONSERVATORI Aurelian standing to right, holding short scepter in left hand, receiving globe from Jupiter standing left, holding long scepter in left hand. RIC -. RIC V/1 Online temp. 2848. Extremely rare - only one other specimen noted in RIC V/1 Online, and this much nicer by far. Dark green patina. A few light cleaning marks, otherwise, good very fine.
