Laureate bust right, showing bare chest, slight drapery / Hadrian seated left on sella castrensis set on platform on right, extending hand; to left, an officer seated left, with both hands making distribution to citizen, facing right, who is mounting steps up to platform, holding out fold of toga; to far left on platform, Liberalitas standing left, holding abacus (or coin scoop).
