Half shekel circa 425-401, AR 6.79 g. Phoenician galley sailing l.; city walls in background; in exergue, two lions standing back-to-back. Rev. The Great King standing r., holding knife and raising lion by its mane; all within shallow incuse square. Betlyon 12. Elayi & Elayi, Sidon, 304.
Rare. Light iridescent tone, reverse slightly off-centre, otherwise good very fine

The attribution of this coin to Abd'Eshmun needs further evidence (see Elayi & Elayi p. 627, 4).
