TUDOR. Edward VI. 1547-1553. AR Groat (25mm, 2.02 g, 11h). Copying a Canterbury mint; im: lis issue struck in the name of Henry VIII, 1547-1551. Crowned bust facing slightly right / Coat-of-arms over long cross fourchée. Cf. North 1875; cf. SCBC 2408 (for official issue). Fine. An interesting contemporary imitation in charming style.
