ILKHANS of PERSIA, Uljaytu. Æ (2.84 gm; 22 mm). Soltan Mohammad also known as Uljaytu, Mint" Kazeroun (in Fars province of Iran). Brown reddish patina. Choice VF. Extremely rare mint. Uljaytu had a great interest in revivial of ancient Persian legacy where Kazeroun was a Sasanian city and a village at this time.
