Apparently unpublished, but cf. Wassiliou-Seibt 1212 (for another metrical seal naming a Konstantinos Arsakides). Good very fine.
This legend consists of two twelve-syllabe verses translating as "Recognize the seal of my words, of Konstaninos Arsakides, who seeks nothing more". The family name of this seal's owner tells us he was of Armenian descent. See above, lot 4155, regarding a note on the family name.
