[MHP] - ΘV / [H ЄΠIC]-KЄ/ΨI[C] Nimbate Mother of God "Episkepsis" standing facing, raising both hands in prayer, medallion of Christ in front. Rev. AΠΛ૪CA / [X]ЄIPAC ЄIC Є/[Π]ICKЄΨIN KOC/[M]૪ CKЄΠHN KAM/[૪ Π]ANAΓNЄ ΠPA[KT]ЄOIC Δ[IΔ૪] in six lines ("All-pure maiden, who has stretched out your hands for the care of the world, give your protection to my acts also"). An interesting Byzantine seal with a charming verse invoking the Virgin. Struck on a short flan, otherwise, very fine.
