Anonymous, 12th-14th centuries. Medallion (Bronze, 23 mm, 12.17 g). MHP - ΘV The Mother of God "Hodegetria", nimbate, wearing chiton and maphorion, pointing with her right hand towards Infant Christ seated on her left arm. Rev. Blank. A beautiful late Byzantine Hodegetria. Good very fine.
