Imperial figure standing facing, bearded, wearing crown surmounted by cross, holding long cross in his right hand and globus cruciger in his left; in field to left, 'bism Allah' ('in the name of Allah' in Kufic); in field to right, traces of KAΛON ('good' in Greek); in upper field to right, crescent.
