A useful photographic record of Biaggi's astonishing collection of Roman gold coins. Important. Leo Biaggi de Blasys (1906–1979) assembled one of the greatest collections of Roman gold coins ever formed. Sold outright to Bank Leu in 1978, the coins were introduced gradually into the marketplace over a period of about thirty years. The reproduced illustrations are of rather high quality. Rarely offered.
