Variety with security strip. Always a popular type, especially at the Gem Uncirculated level. Despite being dated 1957 the variety was security strip was not issued until 1965, when 300,000 with security strip were delivered to Bermuda. The first prefix of this delivery was L/1, which is the prefix seen on this bright and fresh Gem Uncirculated example.
