MUGHAL: Shah Jahan I, 1628-1658, AR rupee (11.29g), Akbarabad, AH1067 year 31, KM-232.4, obverse & reverse with central octafoil, lovely broad flan, almost perfectly centered, no testmarks, About VF, R. Possibly unpublished, as KM lists only versions of AH1068 and 1069. Ordinary rupees were also struck in AH1067, and it is now believed that this type was intended primarily as a nazarana issue.
