Proof Set, 89th Inter Parliamentary Union Conference, includes 1, 5, 10 rupee, struck at the Bombay Mint, in immaculate condition, within original packaging, never issued to the public, a very small quantity is known to be in existence, 3 coin proof set, RRR. A similar set sold in Marudhar Arts Auction for $6900. This is the first set we are aware of that will be sold in public auction outside of India.
