SRIKSHETRA: Anonymous, 9th century (3.61g), Mitch-SEA-, garlanded damaru with beads above / temple in the shape of a srivatsa containing an axial pole flanked by eight pellets, flanked by vajra and conch, with sun and full moon above, twice pierced, VF to EF, RRR, ex Michael Robinson Collection. This example is much more stylized than any other listed by Mitchiner with curved tops of the damaru and thinly engraved reverse details.
