ILKHAN: Ghazan Mahmud, 1295-1304, AR dirham (2.50g), Baghdad, AH696, A-2169, first phase of the reform type, but still struck to the pre-reform weight standard, touch of weakness by the rim, EF, RRR, ex Ruud Schüttenhelm collection. Known only from the mints of Tabriz & Baghdad. The mint name on the Baghdad specimens appears to the left of the reverse field within the pentafoil.
