Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (18mm, 2.72 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing hair bound in pearls on top of her head / Ceres (or Aeternitas) standing left, extending arm and holding long torch. RIC III 361 (Pius); RSC 101a. Toned, flan crack, a few old scratches beneath toning. VF.
