Gordian III (238-244 ). AE Sestertius, Rome mint. Obv. IMP GORDIANVS PIVS FEL AVG. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev. FELICIT TEMPOR SC. Felicitas standing left, holding caduceus and cornucopiae. RIC IV 328a; C. 73. AE. 20.87 g. 31.00 mm. A very attractive example. Glossy deep olive green patina. Light traces of smoothing and cleaning marks, otherwise about EF. ���
