Franz Kounitzky (1880-1928). Niggl lists him as Friedrich not Franz. Austrian sculptor, medallist and die engraver. Born in Vienna, studied at the Vienna Academy under Bitterlich and Tautenhayn and later employed by the Austrian Royal Mint in Vienna.
