Extremely handsome and a conditional outlier for this type, ranking atop the NGC census alongside one other for the finest certified. The surfaces exhibit a pleasing pastel blue coloration, accenting red tones along the legends creating an eye-catching appearance. We note that while certified as Mint State by NGC, we believe that this coin was actually produced in Proof finish.
