The second-to-last date for this issue, and one which most frequently comes down to the present in poor states of preservation, marking survivors such as this as a true anomaly. While generally few have entered into the graded population, the present example stands tied for the finest, its surfaces free of unsightly handling and overlaid in an argent patina.
