Obverse: Female personification of Belgium and native Congolese woman clasp hands, connected through the air connection made by Edmond Theiffry, whose plane is flying above; Reverse: View of a native village at left blended with a Brussels city view at right; radio towers link the two to left and right; rising sun in background; shields of the Belgian Congo and Belgium in exergue. Olive-brown surfaces, with a great matte nature.
