Issued in the 1970s with the office stamp, which is joined by a chopmark and a crowned VR stamp, which stands for Victoria Regina. Obverse: Large round hallmark stamp depicts Queen Victoria and the phrase "Hong Kong Shanghai Specie Office". The Chinese letter hallmark stamp (spelled as "Tsu Yin") which means "pure silver." Reverse: Intentionally left blank.
