EASTERN EUROPE, Imitations of Alexander III of Macedon. Late 4th-3rd centuries BC. AR Drachm (17mm, 3.85 g, 12h). Imitating uncertain issue from western Asia Minor. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; crescent in left field, monogram below throne. Cf. Price 1813 and 2742 for possible prototypes. Lightly toned, small flan flaw, a few light marks. VF.
