The Abramson Collection of English Coins | Scotland, Charles I (1625-1649), 30-Shillings, 1637-1642, Class IV, rough ground below horse, rev. lozenges over crown, 14.97g, 6h, m.m. thistle [in legend], F below hoof (Spink 5556), a remarkable coin and almost as fresh as first struck, playfully lustrous surfaces muted only by adjustment to peripheries, extremely fine, very rare, especially in this condition.
