Cursory inspection of the reverse legend may lead to the conclusion that this is a 'no stops on reverse' variety. However traces of the colon stops after MAG and REG are visible, twinned with the broken serifs of the I's leads this cataloguer to believe that they are omitted simply on account of an aged die. Viewing is however strongly advised for this curiosity.
