The L'Abbaye Collection | George I (1714-1727), 'Roses and Plumes' Shilling, 1718, first bust, larger lettering on obverse, rev. seven strings to harp, roses and plumes in angles, edge obliquely milled, 6.00g, 5h (Bull 1566; ESC 1165; Pywell-Phillips 270; Spink 3645), a well-balanced coin hampered only by minor peripheral flaws, good very fine.
