The Isladulcie Collection | Richard II (1377-1399), Halfgroats, Tower (2), Type III/II mule, reads FRA, trefoils on cusps, double saltire stops, lombardic Ns, rev. double saltire stops, horizontally-barred Ns, 1.67g, 7h, m.m. cross pattée (DIG III-1/II-7; Potter III/II; North 1323/1322; Spink 1683/82), creased, with rougher surfaces, fair, the mule very rare; another, 'true' Type III, similar to last, 2.16g, 6h (DIG 1/1; Potter 6/IIIa; North 1323; Spink 1683), slight flan crease, fair (2).
