India ND (1917-30) P-4a PCGS Extremely Fine 45 5 Rupees
Unusually, no pinholes or spindle holes are seen. A much scarcer type issued during the reign of King George V. This lightly circulated example is above average grade for this series and would make for a perfect type representative. This is the variety with Denning signature and watermark variety B (no wavy lines around bank name) which was only printed with two prefix letters, both of which were shared with other varieties.
